Sifanele Dlamini holds the position of CAS Assistant at Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA and also serves the role of Records Keeper for UWC NC Eswatini. She is an alumni of the University of Eswatini, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and St Michael's High School. She believes that social work is not merely a profession but a calling to actively engage in uplifting and supporting communities in need, this has been reflected through her commitment to community service. Sifanele advocates passionately for the significance of young women's consortiums. She firmly believes in the transformative power of such consortiums, recognizing them as an essential platform for fostering growth, mutual support, and collective action among young women.
